We provide a free comparison service for air source heat pumps in the United Kingdom, connecting homeowners with local installers. For the purposes of UK data protection law, SCJ Group Holdings Pty Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
2. Information We Collect
When you request quotes through our platform, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your property details (type, ownership, region, postcode)
- Your current heating system information
- Your preferences for a new system (household size, budget, priorities)
We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (GA4) including:
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Device type and browser information
- Geographic region (not precise location)
- Referral source
3. How We Use Your Information

- Match you with up to 3 relevant local air source heat pump installers
- Send your quote request details to those installers
- Contact you if we need to clarify your requirements
- Improve our service and cost estimates
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your details are only shared with the installers matched to your quote request.

Your data is processed securely and transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS). Quote request notifications are delivered via Resend (email service provider). Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under their privacy terms. Some of our service providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual protections.
